I am not able to book a reservation for this journey (screenshot attached).
The website for reservations looks slightly different from what it was a few days ago. Is there a problem with the website that will be fixed soon? My journey is coming up and I need a reservation. I’m travelling from Italy to Germany on a OBB Nightjet train. Is there another way to book the reservation? Reservations are not available on the OBB website even when Eurail website shows ‘high availability of seats’

ÖBB night trains should be bookable via ÖBB. I'm not aware of any exceptions.
Still, the screenshot you're showing shouldn't occur, so there may be a bug in the new reservations module (went online today).

It looks like you chose "Seat only” from the search screen. However, for night trains, you need to select the other option: "One-way tickets and day tickets”. And then you have to add the discount "Interrail / Eurail” by clicking on the "Change” link. Also see this step-by-step tutorial :)
