Hi. Not a specific Eurail problem I guess - but purchased a ticket with b-europe.com to go from London to Paris with my Eurail pass and the payment went through and was deducted from my bank account but got a message on the b-europe site that the ticket wasn’t confirmed. 

I then got an email from b-europe saying actually the ticket is confirmed but there were no tickets to download and the email said I was only charged the 4 euro booking fee (even though the full amount was deducted from my bank account). And when I go back to check my tickets on the b-europe website there is no ticket from London to Paris.

Has anyone had any problems with b-europe today (8th July)?

I suggest that you contact b-europe ASAP and check with them what happened. They either have to make sure that you get the reservation or that you get your money back. 


You can call them at +32 2 801 90 10 to check what is going on.
