Yes, that is included. Railjet is not a railway company but a train category used by ÖBB (Austrian railways).
and a very nice one too!
Do NOT confuse with the yellow private trains of RegioJet=a CZech company, also running to SK/AT/HU, also quite a good train, and takes sometimes passes, but only in their budget-class-the normal seats are far better but need normal tickets
