Hi guys, 

I won an Interrail Pass this spring and I have already planned my trip for late August. I bought my seat reservations but one of the tickets hasn't arrived and the Eurail team wrote me that it can't be reshipped due to the lack of time. I can't find any information about the refund of a single ticket, whilst having the possibility to use the other ones I have purchased. Have you ever had a similar experience? Could you help me?

You should get a 100% refund from Customer Support as they didn't deliver the ticket to you. Use the form below to contact them and describe your problem. Don't try to get a refund through your Interrail account.
