Hey!
I want to cancel a train with a sera reservation that I have booked on interrail website. My ticket says that it is refundable but on the interrail website when I want to delete it it says “not refundable”

Is it normal? “Not refundable” is just for the booking fee ?
Thanks !

Since you didn't provide any details (refund conditions depend on operator and train), here's a guess: maybe your seat reservation is only refundable under certain conditions? In any case, it's important to initiate the refund ASAP, since a reservation will often not be refundable anymore after departure time. Contact customer service.

The exact conditions should be mentioned in the confirmation email you received for the reservation.

Even IF ''refundable'’ it may often mean its only echangeable for the same trip at another day/time.

No, refund and exchange are treated separately in rail distribution.
