Hi some months ago I reserved seats on a Regio  Jet train from Prague to Bratislava for 29/6/23. I just want to confirm that I can use my  Global Rail pass as I cannot find the trip in the planner and was reading sometime people have a problem  Will I have to manually add it. Thank you

I can't find these Regiojet trains in the latest release of the rail planner app either. If that is still the case on the 29th, then you'll have to add your train manually.

That's easy. Regiojet have 3 trains per day on this route and none of them show up in the app:

It seems that they don't share the data either to Deutsche Bahn nor OEBB. I will investigate.
