Ya compré un pase global por 2 meses.
Llego a Madrid desde Bolivia el 2 de julio y el tren a Barcelona me dice que requiere reserva EN TAQUILLA. Ya lo tengo añadido en mi pase.
Yo llego 5 horas antes, que ocurre si no hay espacios?
Pierdo el tren?

There are so many trains between Madrid and Barcelona, there will most likely be availability in at least one of them. You can see availability on renfe.com: as long as regular tickets are available, then reservations for a pass are also available. (Ignore the AVLO trains, Eurail is not valid there.)
For example, there is still availability today in 5 trains today.
