Hello! I’m travlling in July from Munich to Prague and I’m trying to get a reservation - but it seems to be unavailable. Is there anybody having the same issue? I doubt all reservations have been booked already… The train is RE351

You’re way too early for this train. July is out of booking period. Last possible date for a reservation as of today ist 09/06/22. For July you’ll have to wait a little bit longer. But for this train you won’t need a reservation anyway. But for the peace of mind it’s possible to get one, too...
IN DE canNOT book seats on RE trains=regional express. This train by ALEX runs as ´fast=R-ychlik In CZ and gets cars added at some point+change engine from diesel to electr-these CZ cars can be reserved. No-you will not have to stand all the way.
