i have a global pass and since the launch of new look of EURAIL, seat reservation is not getting done through mobile or laptop. The window to proceed with seat reservation is not appearing, can someone pls help?

You are about nr 11 to post same: there is currently a disturbance, as usual with these, noone knows for how long.
Again: you can also do-in some cases, make that REServation (if it is for short notice) at the site of railway concerned or sometimes even at the normal staffed counter (to the utter surprise of many a newbee). If it is for longer away-d not sweat, try later.
