I cant make a reservation for my family on the Eurostar from London to Paris in 3 months with my europe rail pass. The website reservations site keeps saying:

Not available for some travellers

Some of your travellers' Passes are not valid on this train. Change your selected travellers to book this seat reservation


Any ideas? Are they out of tickets?

What passes do your party have?

This error message generally means what it says: one or more travellers in your group have a pass that is not valid or only partially valid for the journey you're trying to book.

  1. What passes do you have? Are they all global passes?
  2. If you have mobile passes, did you activate any of them? If so, what is the validity period (check in the app, under My Pass)? And are you maybe trying to book outside of that period? Also, please cancel the activation. Activation is not needed to book reservations and it is generally a bad idea to activate passes in advance.
