Hi All,

A few weeks ago we made some reservations for our Interrail journey. Those reservations were payed and we got an email that they were booked, but not confirmed yet. Besides that, they also don't appear in our reservation list and we did not receive E-tickets. We already initiated a ticket to customer services without any response. Do you know how we can resolve this issue? Our journey will start on 20AUG22.

I suggest that you make new reservations, not through Interrail/Eurail and then add to your request to Customer Support that you want a full refund of the reservation you never got.

The advice from the experienced travellers in the community is to only make reservations through the Interrail/Eurail website if no other option is available. 

 

 


You should be able to find your request in the request database. There you can add the information about a full refund for the non-delivered tickets.

Click "Sign in" in the upper right corner.

 

Enter your email address and Click " Get a password".

If the system doesn't recognise your email address, then there is no request registered and you need to go back to the start screen and enter a request.

If you get a password, you can then log in and look at the status of your request.
