I need to book 2 adult tickets for seat reservations from Barcelona Santa - Madrid Atocha Cercanias for the 28th April. It says on the interrail app that it’s book in the station only. Is there any possibility that it can be booked online with any other site?

There is no possibility to book this online.
You can book via Deutsche Bahn (ticket office or by phone) but the reservation is only available on paper, so that will only work if you're currently in Germany.
In Spain, you can go to any ticket office for long distance trains. It doesn't have to be in Barcelona.
