I am worried my flight will late, should I reave the seat ? Or waiting until arrive the destination then go to reservation?

You don’t need to reserve far in advance.
You can get reservations for these trains a few minutes before departure, and it’s unlikely that they will be full. You can decide when you on the train from the airport, and book on the ÖBB app, or from a machine in the station.
There are also some slower trains which don’t need a reservation.

I will go to Rimini, my flight will at FCO(Roma airport), so I need reservation of Roma termini to Bologna, and Bologna to Rimini. If my flight delete, then l can’t catch the train which I reserved.

To give you an idea, I just searched for trains today, leaving right now. All available.
If (very unlikely) you can’t get a reservation, you can take an unreserved regional train all the way to Rimini.
