Seat reservation problem

I bought a double interrail Global Pass of 5 days in 1 month.

We have been trying to book the seats of the trains that require reservation from the Rail Planner app but when we try to log in our account to make the reservation it does not work. How can we make the seat reservation, is there an other option?
