I paid for seat reservations, and got the confirmation email that said tickets were attached.  However they were NOT!  The reservation is visible on the Eurail website, but it does not show “Booked” as the another reservation does.  And, there is nowhere to click to see what happened to that reservation.  I’ve tried to contact customer service for other questions and never get a response.  I need help.  Is there anywhere else to go to get this resolved, so I can continue to book our additional reservations.  I don’t trust the system to start making more reservations if it’s broken somehow.  I paid for the tickets, and I’d like to get them.  A confirmation isn’t enough!  Is there any way to fix this without waiting weeks for customer service to respond?

This can really only be solved by customer support. Nobody else can see what's happening with your reservations.
