self reservation tool doesn’t appear

I have logged into my account on and want to make seat reservations except the self reservation tool doesn’t appear. Every time I load the page it shows up with the instructions to “use the timetable below” to make the reservation except that said timetable doesn’t appear. I have searched all over the website and can’t seem to find the tool. Am I doing something wrong? Will it only appear within three hours of a trip I’ve added to my pass? For reference I am using an iPhone and have tried both on safari and google chrome to no avail.
