Hello,

I have a problem with my interrail app. I booked a seat reservation with the browser (and printed the confirmation on paper) but I can’t see it within the interrail app. I was signed in, so the booking should be connected to my account.

Is it enough to show the printed version?

How can I manage the reservations in the app?

yes, the app is not linked with the reservations.
The printed version will be enough!


How can I manage the reservations in the app?

You don't. The app can't book any reservations and it won't show any reservations you booked. It will sometimes say a reservation is required but that information may or may not be correct.
