"Some details unavailable" + Ferry extra cost

Hi!

I’m planning a trip for end of March and I want to buy a 7-day eurail pass.
When I look for some trains (in this case Brussels-Paris) on the page “Book reservations” of the eruail website a lot of trains are indicated as “Some details unavailable” so I can’t book them and I can’t know the extra price for the booking of the seats.
How can I be sure that I will be able to book these trains after having purchased the eurail pass?

And second question, I will also use Fjord lines in Danemark. Do you know how I can have information about the potential extra cost of seat booking on these ferries? I cannot find a tool to simulate these purchases.

Thank you in advance for your precious help!

If you have a problem with booking a specific train, please post the details of that train (date, departure time), so people can look into it and suggest alternative ways of booking.

For Fjord line, please check this page:

https://www.interrail.eu/en/plan-your-trip/trains-europe/ferries/fjord-line-ferries

Booking instructions are at the bottom.

Thank you for your answer !
Here are the details of the train :
Monday 4/04  : 9h16 Brussels - 10h38 Paris Nord (direct train)
But the same information “some details unavailable” appears for the same train leaving at 8h13, 8h43, 10h13…

Thank you for the information about ferries from Fjord line.

There's definitely something wrong here. I don't get any price (it should be 25 + 2 EUR booking fee):

But Belgian railways say there are still trains with availability:

Although it looks like the 9:16 train doesn't have any pass holder seats left.

You can book via the Belgian railways website (there's an extra fee of 4 EUR per order and you need a pass cover number. If you have a mobile pass, request one here).

Alternatively, you can also call Belgian railways. In that case, there are no extra booking fees but you are paying for the phone call. You don't need a pass cover number and the reservation is sent via e-mail. They also do French TGVs.

You can of course also book at a French ticket office. There's no booking fee there either.

OR-if you want to save money, but have more time: use the hourly TGV direct from LIlle. Go to Lille for free on a pass via local trains=change at Doornik/TOurnai. Suppl. for TGV is 10 eur (IF lucky).

Those Thalys are notoriously expensive for pass-holders, as they are supposed commercial and Hi-Speed.

Okay, thank you very much for all these explanations and options!! You definitively helped me a lot!

Hi @rvdborgt, our reservation specialist just checked and is able to see the expected prices (see screenshot below), apart from 9.16 which already has been indicated: it's sold out for Pass fare.

Are you logged in? Do you have a trip with a valid Pass? And are your traveller details complete? These could be reasons why you can't see the prices.

I was seeing prices for the other direction (Paris → Brussels), so there shouldn't have been any problem.

I've just tried again and although nothing on my side has changed, I’m seeing prices again.
