I’m trying to book a reservation which it says it’s needed, but it’s also saying that it can’t be booked on their website.
How can I get a reservation for a TER train? All I see on the sncf site is a way to “Buy” tickets, but obviously I don’t want to do that.
This reservation cannot be booked via Interrail/Eurail or anywhere else online. AFAIK it's only available from SNCF anywhere in France, at ticket offices, ticket machines (the white ones for "Grandes Lignes”; choose Eurail as your discount) and maybe via phone (press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via email).
Price is €1.50. Availability is usually quite good.
