Is TGV covered under Global or One Country passes? It does not show it under France as a line covered but I think it is part of SNCF. Please clarify.

TGV´s are the Highspeed services of SNCF and because of that are covered 
Almost all of them need a reservation ontop of the pass price is 10€ or 20€ within France and International TGV reservations for example to Switzerland can raise up to 56€ :/
