I’m trying to book Interrail reservations for trains in France on 1st April, it’s a TGV within France, from Paris to Moutiers. It just says “booking momentarily unavailable” on every single train. Does this mean they’re fully booked or not available to book yet? It’s within three months now so I thought it should work!

It looks like reservations are not open yet for that date. Try every now and then; I suspect it won't take too long anymore before they'll open.

PLUS there will be many more connections-with a change into a local (NON-RES) TER train somewhere en-route. Probably again some works planned along part of the route-even if this means 1 min late/early SNCF in its utmost burocratic FR state-style will not open then.
