Hello, I am attempting to book 8 normal 2nd Class seats (not a couchette/sleeper cabin) on the IntercityNotte 774 train from Roma Termini to Venezia Mestre, on July 11th.

Where can I book this train?

I have tried the interrail booking website and OEBB both which return “tickets/prices not available” when I try and book, even just for one person, and even when varying the date of departure, I can never seem to find tickets available for this train.

Many thanks, James

Its most likely you exceed the MAX allowed nr in 1 go-it s mostly 5.

I also tried booking for only 1 person but it still returned “tickets/prices not available” on OEBB and interrail website?, if that is what you’re getting at.

ÖBB sadly can't book Italian domestic night trains online.

You can call Belgian railways though. Reservation will be sent via e-mail.

If you want, please give your feedback on how it went to book via B Europe.

I'll be using it soon too, and it's always exciting. Because not every employee is comfortable with this

Belgian Railways told me they couldn’t send the reservation by email, that I would have to collect tickets from a station in Belgium. I live in the UK so not possible.

Note for future travellers:

Belgian railways can book Italian night trains and send the reservation by email. If they say they can't, then kindly insist you know they can, e.g. by saying "a friend of mine received it from you that way”.
