I discovered a train journey listed on the Rail Planner App, departing from Muenchen Hbf and arriving at Heidelberg Hbf, scheduled for 07:46 - 10:44. However, I couldn't find this particular train in the Seat Reservation System. Can I use my Eurail Pass for this journey?

But you should check your concrete date (you didn't tell one). This train has dates when it's not running and the rail planner app is not reliable.
