Hi,

We want to go to Montenegro from Greece. So we have to take the train from Thessaloniki to Belgrade.

The probleme is we don’t get any information for this train. We don’t know if is working or not. We have another solution : Thessaloniki to Sofia and Sofia to Belgrade but we don’t find information too. Our trip is to make Thessaloniki to Podgorica or Bar (Montenegro) around 20 july.

Do you have any solution or information for this trip, because we are stuck.

Thanks for your response.

There are currently no International Trains out of Greece due covid as due the pandemic all Services are not in operation

The Route Sofia - Belgrade is not in operation as the Railhub arround Nis (Serbia) is in modernisation tracks to Belgrade, Station and many more

Only option is to catch a Bus or a big detour with ferry via Bari (Italy)

Than you for your answer !

And can we put the ferry on the interrail ticket instead of the train so we don’t have to pay or not much ? Or the ferry doesn’t count on interrail ticket ?

Ferries with Interrail discounts some Ferries are free (only porttax) others give a discount.
