Hi all,
I received email from SNCF on the cancellation of train from Paris Gare De Lyon to Basel SBB. The issue is SNCF suggested to contact the "original selling point" for reschedule or refund and in this case, i had my seat reservation from eurail. Question:
1. Can i get refund or reshedule the existing seat reservation?
2. If yes, what is the process and who should I contact? For both reschedule and refund?
