im trying to reserve a train from verona to Florence and it’s asking online for my pass holder number however the 6 digit number on my mobile pass app is coming up as invalid.
can anyone help with this.

Where are you booking? Because online it is possible via Austrian Railways that doesn't have booking fees and they do not ask for the cover number.
