I would like to know if a train from Strasbourg/Italy existed with the interail pass?

To Italy you have to take a TER to Bale/Basel SBB. In Basel if you have a good connection there are some direct Eurocity from Basel to Milan (reservation compulsory, 11€). Or you have to take a train to Zurich and take there the Eurocity to Milan/Venice/Genova/Bologna.
You can also use TER service to Germany and take there the direct Eurocity 151 to Milan.
