Hello, I’m moving from Costa Rica to Europe, and I will arrive at Barajas Airport in Madrid. My question is, with the global pass, do I have any form of transportation to get to the center of Madrid, or do I need to buy some other train pass?

The Cercanías (suburban) trains are included in the pass; the metro isn't.
But if your only train travel is the the ride from the airport into the city and you have a flexipass, then it's not worth using a travel day for and you'd better buy a normal ticket.
