Hello, my friends and I purchased some Eurail France passes, and we have been trying to book seat reservations on a train for this Sunday to travel from Paris to Bordeaux. Almost every reservation I can find has the error:

“Prices unavailable. No price results were found for this connection.”

I can’t figure out what’s going on.

Our trip is coming up really soon, so any help would be great. Does anyone have ideas on what I could do? Thank you.

The best way to make reservations for French trains is to call SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

https://www.sncf.com/en/customer-service/contact-us/telephone

Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via e-mail

Reason: SNCF only offers a tiny quota for passholders for 10€ on TGV (running hourly). But I suspect this quota is 0 on busy days. After that iuts 20- ut app cannot handle this and gives this message. You can check by trying normal booking what trains (they run hourly anyway) still have plenty of seats=the lower prices to get some idea. Call sncf and hope for a sympathetic employer
