Hello.I,m confused about using this Interrail pass I bought this pass on 10 May . I have 11 months to activate it. I wish to start travel on 17 August 2022.Valid for 2 months from activation date.                            I live near Manchester. UK. I plan to take a train to London and take Eurostar to Brussels. Should I book the Eurostar now before activating the pass? If so how can I can discounters rate offered to Interrail pass holders? Once in Brussels i want to go to Ghent, Bruges and possibly Antwerp. To go to these cities which trains would be best by using the interrail pass? Then I want to go to Paris. What is best train for this? Your help will be much appreciated Thank you in advance

I think you can make a reservation for the Eurostar by calling SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.

https://www.sncf.com/en/customer-service/contact-us/telephone

Press #85 for English, no booking fees, reservations are sent via e-mail

You can also call b-europe and make the reservation. No need of Pass Cover Number.

The phone call is rather expensive.

do NOT activate pass til 123% sure it can start-strikes, sickness, mishaps-all may put hairs in the soup.

you CAN easily and also should for €* REServe asap-via other means. In fact-its always wiser to use other means as via app-saves money, saves stress, and often has better result. Depend. on country it may mean calling or whatever-
