What is the cost of a cabin for two from Vienna to Berlin? The site seems to say €150 but is that per person or cabin ?
If we share a couchette , what are the rules for a husband and wife? Are the couchettes mixed ?

Couchettes are mixed. There are usually also a few female-only couchette compartments.
A sleeper cabin for 2 is €143.80 in total.

It will give all the available options for that date. Unless you specifically book solo use, couchettes are shared with other passengers.
