I am trying to plan my train from Milan - lake bled on Saturday 9th July.

we were planning on getting the 20:40 night train to Lesce bled - we are unsure whether reservations are required

on the interrail app it says that they are but on the website it says that they are not 

on the ÖBB site it says that reservations are not available but not whether they are mandatory 

Any insight appreciated !
