Please check the rules about the pandemic before departing at the websites of the single countries, because they change quite often. 

In France you need now an covid-19 certification of a complete vaccination, covid-test or recovery(max. 6 month) to use all long distance trains. 

In Switzerland you need a certification to enter the country (also in France), but not for trains.
