It will be displayed clearly at the station which platform to go to.
Sometimes you can see live information on www.bahn.com, including platform numbers. I don’t know about the Czech Republic. Anyway, you should trust the display in stations over any online source.
Edit: yes, you can also look on www.cd.cz where they have live platform information.
