Hello

In July we want to travel to Montenegro with the train (interrail). We will be departing in Belgium. We heard from other people who wanted to travel to Montenegro in the past that they had some issues with travelling trough Serbia.

Aparantly, Serbia is not letting everybody trough. I was wondering if we need a special pass to cross Serbia to reach Montenegro?
