What are the rules in France and Spain regarding travelling with a dog?

Planning to travel with my dog (big dog 35 kg) super relaxed and old , from Germany Berlin to Spain Zaragoza , does anybody know about the rules in France and Spain if is allowed to bring my dog with me ? Do i have to get separate dog ticket and so on ?

Use google: ´take dog in trains in FR // ES´. in /en// will give more result as in /de/

Maulkorb, certificate of veterinrary injections, maybe even has to be in cage, are the least you can expect
