I have 27 years old right now but when I start travelling I have already 28. Can I use a "young pass" or is compulsory for me to use the "adult pass" ?

You can use a youth pass, as long as your start date (first day of validity) is before you turn 28.
It is your age on the first day of the validity of the pass that matters.
