I purchased an  Eurail Pass on Eurail official website and chosen English as the display language as always.

However, the confirmation email sent to me is in Chinese. I logged into my account tried to generate a new one. All the same -  both the Payment confirmation and the Pass confirmation email are issued in Chinese? I tried to on different divides - nothing helps.

Does anyone there know how can I change them into English?
