Hi! I have entered my email address to subscribe to Eurail’s newsletter,  but have not received any further messages like the people who subscribed at the same time than me. I would like to find out if there might be a mistake on their system which has not added me. I would like to be subscribed to be eligible to win the two Eurail passes and to receive communication regarding potential discounts or Black Friday specials. 

I don't receive any emails either and I can't enrol again as the system ssys that my email address already is in the system.
