Hi,

I am looking to buy an Eurail mobile pass and I understand that the pass will be loaded to the phone and cannot be transferred. So what happens if my phone stops working and I have to get the pass into a different phone ?. I see there is no phone number to contact so do I do that?

A pass can be transferred to a new device if required without need to contact customer services.


Thank you very much for your quick reply. I asked this question because these were several posts indicating that you need to contact customer services. So how do you do that? Can you input the pass number to a new phone and that will work?

You don’t need to contact CS any more. You can move your pass to a new device yourself. Details here:
