I have to reschedule this journey or at least the first part. Can you guys help out. I can't really figure out which rails are on strike beyond the highspeed so I 'm not sure what is a good solution. Thanks.

The 10.22 TGV to Basel will not run tomorrow.
There’s a TGV at 9.22 to Mulhouse (change there to Basel). Available for 20 €.
There’s a reservation-free TER to Mulhouse that seems to run at 6.43.
Additionally, if you already had a reservation for the 10:22 to Basel, then you can get a full refund from the place where you booked it.
