Global Pass

I just ordered a Eurail Global Pass but the start date is incorrect, May 23rd.  I will be arriving in London on May 4th & will start using the pass on the 8th.  I am concerned that I will not receive it before my departure date or will not be able to validate it before I start travelling.  I also tried to add seat reservations before making payment but was unable to.  Will I have to wait until I receive the pass or until it has been processed to do so?  I would like to make reservations as soon as possible because I understand that seats for passholders are limited on Eurostar and Thalys trains.

You can make reservations without your pass. Ask here in the Community if you need guidance. 

 

Here you can make reservations for the Eurostar and Thalys. You can use I11111111 as pass cover number.

There is no phone number. Use the request form in the link and mention the start date of your travel.

I purchased a paper pass from the Eurail website.  I really need to get in touch with Eurial directly but there doesn’t seem to be a phone number.
