Hi, my global pass trips is showing 5th travel day as today. Even though I did not have any travel today and nor did I had any activated trips. Now I don’t see an option to cancel/ remove it as my travel day. How do I resolve this? 

 

 

You had probably activated in advance by mistake. That's why you should never activate a pass day before you're at the station/about to board the train.

Now it's too late to cancel it yourself. You can ask customer support but they may or may not grant you that pass day again.
