I have difficuties to find a train from Budapest to Belgrade.
More generally, it seems to me that it’s impossible to find a train to Belgrade…
If any one could inform me about a possible way to go to Belgrade ;)

Not possible to enter Serbia by train but possible if you walk a little. There are 2 very good threads here about how to cross the border.
Otherwise take a bus.
Alternative : Budapest - Bucharest - Sofia/Bulgaria can be done fully by train.
