I am from Canada. I will be traveling with three other people … all of us over 60. We are traveling in Portugal and Spain. I have booked all but one leg of the train segments. I am having a great deal of trouble booking seat reservations. I find this system not user friendly nor is the help when I get an email response. Does anyone know how to book reservations. Is there a telephone number I can call to get help with bookings?

Spain and Portugal are not easy countries for Interrail/Eurail unfortunately. Until 2 weeks ago you couldn't even get Spanish seat reservations on eurail.com (because RENFE didn't want to)...
