I won an interrail ticket for France (french-german friendship pass), can i give it to somebody else?

Hello! I won the free interrail ticket for Germans to travel to France (for 7 days, valid until the end of this year, was offered by the Government). Now my questions:

1. Can i give/sell this pass to someone else or can i exclusively use it because it contains my name?
2. How much would a comparable interrail ticket cost for 7 days for France?
