Trains you want to board with your Eurail Pass

Train visible on the seat reservation page

Origin, destination, train number, and arrival time are all the same

Only departure time is different

Is it the same train?

Can I proceed with seat reservation?

I have a question because the departure times for all other trains are the same.

please answer about my question. thank you

15.07 is the departure time for EC 54 shown everywhere.

Is it possible that you just did save a former search or didn't update the app? Because 15.20 is the outdated former timetable of the train. Actually the rail planner does show 15.07, too.

As the reservation system does show the same time as every other system it's no problem to book.

BTW: It saves 2 € per person and train to do the reservation with raileurope.com (desktop version only).

You can save another 3 euros by only booking Milan to Domodossola, since no reservations are required after that :)

Milan-Domodossola: €10

Milan-Switzerland: €13

Eurail always add €2 on top of that.

Just want to add : the departure time recently changed as SBB was too unhappy with the constant 20 min delay of the EC trains on this route. It meant a lot of further delays into the Swiss network.

Basically every day every EC train is 20-30 min delayed.

The delay is mainly due to the year-long works around Stresa.

Hopefully this decision should bring back some much-needed punctuality on this route!
