We make a mistake during our plan and we have to receive on train tickets but we can’t.
in fact the web site told us we didn’t will receive the tickets in time.
What can I do.

So as the direct night train between the two doesn't run that day (only on 1st and 4th August) you'll have to change in Zagreb.
Connection 1 :
- IC Budapest-Déli - Zagreb Glavni Kol 15:35 - 22:10 73 CZK (3€) on cd.cz
- night train Zagreb Glavni Kol - Split 22:30 - 06:56*
Second night train :
- Zagreb Glavni Kol - Split 01:09 - 09:13*
You could board it earlier (in Pitomaca) in order to only use a pass day.
*To book contact rezervacije@hzpp.hr or buy at the station. You should be able to check availability on hzpp.hr where you can buy (cheap) regular tickets.
