Today my trip was suddenly no longer connected too my trip with name XEurope-CK. I went to my pass to connect it again to this trip but apparently I did something wrong as it connected to the standard ‘Mytrip’. Does anyone know how I can disconnect from this wrong ‘Mytrip’ so I can reconnect again to the proper XEurope-CK?

As I am already traveling for 2 months I do not want to start a new trip.

I guess that you need to contact Customer Support and see if they can help you. Clearly write that you are currently travelling amd use the link below.

I've seen reports from people from time to time with exactly this problem. I'm not what triggers it but it's definitely a bug.


Think so too. I had to make a new My Trip so now I have got 2.
