Hello. On December 20th we will begin a family trip.
 On the website it says that you can reserve seats 60 or 90 days in advance, but when I enter the date it tells me that it has not yet enabled reservations for that date. 

We have a long route planned with Eurail and I am worried about not having information.

I find the app and the website very unfriendly, no one from the company can solve anything for you, if I had known how complex it was I would not have bought the passes with this company.

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.

The timetable for December should be available now. What routes are you trying to book? 


In most cases the best place to book reservations is not from the Eurail website.

If you want more specific advice say what journeys you wish to take.
